How do I restore purchases in PandAlarm?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, email us.

Why did my recipe scan come out wrong?

AI extraction isn't perfect. You can edit any field on the review screen before saving. For best results with handwritten recipes, ensure good lighting and a clear photo.

How do I restore my Premium purchase in Benkyō or Xuéxí?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, email us.

Can I switch between Simplified and Traditional in Xuéxí?

Yes. Open Settings and choose your script (Simplified or Traditional) and romanization (pinyin or zhuyin). Your SRS progress is shared across scripts, so switching never resets your learning.

Where is my data stored? Will I lose it if I switch devices?

Benkyō and Xuéxí store all study data locally on your device. There is no account or cloud sync, so deleting the app or moving to a new device will not carry your progress over.
